GTR Leather partnered with CommerceBear to launch its first e-commerce-ready flagship listing. I led the development of marketplace content strategy and PDP copy to position the brand competitively across major retail channels.
The result: a #1-ranked sofa on Bed Bath & Beyond and $1M in revenue within the first year.
The Challenge
GTR Leather had no prior e-commerce presence and needed channel-compliant PDP content capable of competing with established furniture brands across major marketplaces.
While product data and certifications were well documented, the brand lacked conversion-focused messaging, structured PDP content, and marketplace-specific positioning.
